Become a Surrogate: Apply Today

To be considered for a surrogate, you must:

1. Be between the ages 21-38 years of age
2. Have had at least one pregnancy completed to full term without complications
3. Have had no more than one c-section
4. Live in a surrogate-friendly state (See map below)
5. Have a body mass index (BMI) 30 or below (please check your BMI below)
6. Not be currently taking any medications related to anxiety or depression as these types of medications could potentially pose a risk to the pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
7. Non-smoker and not exposed to second-hand smoke (this includes vaping and medical marijuana)
8. Have no criminal record
9. Not be on any federal or state assistance
10. Be financially sound
