Your total compensation as a surrogate is made up of two components: base pay and a benefits package. Together, these can reach up to $100,000 depending on your individual circumstances. Every surrogate receives a personalized compensation estimate before moving forward, so there are no surprises.
Your base pay reflects the physical commitment of carrying a pregnancy for an intended family. It is paid in monthly installments beginning once a confirmed heartbeat is detected via ultrasound and continuing through delivery.

Some situations call for additional compensation beyond the standard package. These are built into the agreement where applicable and are never sprung on anyone after the fact.
All payments are disbursed through a licensed escrow account managed by a professional escrow service. Funds are deposited by the intended parents before the journey begins and released to you according to a set schedule tied to key milestones.
Your base compensation begins once a confirmed heartbeat is detected via ultrasound and is paid monthly through delivery. Other benefits such as your embryo transfer fee and maternity clothing allowance are paid at the relevant milestones. Lost wages are reimbursed as they are incurred, with paystub verification.
