To qualify as a surrogate with Made in the USA Surrogacy, you will need to meet a set of medical, psychological, and lifestyle requirements that are designed to protect your health and ensure a safe, successful pregnancy. Surrogates must be between 21 and 38 years old.
A healthy BMI between 18 and 30 is required.
Surrogates must be non-smokers and free from nicotine and drug use.
Applicants receiving government financial assistance are not eligible.
You must have carried at least one full-term pregnancy without serious complications.
All surrogates in our network must reside in a surrogate-friendly state. We focus specifically on California-based surrogates.
Surrogates with Made in the USA Surrogacy can earn up to $100,000 in total compensation and benefits. Your package is made up of two parts: base pay and a benefits package that covers the practical realities of carrying a pregnancy for someone else.

The benefits package includes a monthly allowance, lost wages reimbursement, maternity clothing, housekeeping, and more. Additional compensation is available for certain circumstances, including multiple pregnancies and C-sections. All payments are disbursed through a secure escrow account on a set schedule, so you always know when to expect them.
We are a California-based agency, which means we are genuinely local to the surrogates we work with. You are not a file in a national database. You are someone we know, someone we stay in regular contact with, and someone we show up for.
