How Much Do Surrogates Get Paid? Compensation & Benefits

How Much Do Surrogates Make?

Made in the USA Surrogacy strives to provide surrogates with a competitive compensation and benefits package. Our surrogates can make up to $95,500.

Your compensation is determined if you are a first-time surrogate, an experienced candidate, and other considerations such as carrying multiples.

How Does Surrogate Compensation Work?

The surrogate compensation package will consist of two parts: base compensation and a benefits package. The base compensation will depend on whether you are a first-time surrogate or an experienced surrogate.

1.     Base Surrogate Pay

First Time Surrogate Compensation: $60,000

Experienced Surrogate Compensation: 65,000

2.     Surrogate Benefit Package

The Surrogate Benefit Package Includes:

  • $1,500 medical clearance bonus
  • $500 for medication start fee
  • $1,500 embryo transfer fee
  • Lost wages (based on your current wage)
  • $3,500 total as a monthly allowance
  • $2,000 housekeeping allowance
  • $1,000 in maternity clothing
  • 10 days for your spouse’s lost wages

Surrogates will receive a life insurance policy and health insurance coverage. Surrogates’ base compensation will not be affected by their health insurance status, employment status, marital status, or location. We wish to provide all surrogates an easy-to-follow and fair compensation package when selecting to work with Made in the USA Surrogacy.
