Peter and Samantha Giermek founded Made in the USA Surrogacy with a clear vision: a California surrogacy agency that would do this work with the care, rigor, and personal investment it genuinely demands. Every match made thoughtfully, every client known by name, and a team that stays involved from the first conversation through the final delivery.
That vision shaped every decision they made in building the agency, from the surrogates they recruit to the clinics they partner with to the way they show up for their clients on the hard days. Samantha brings something to this work that no credential can replicate. In 2017, she served as a gestational surrogate herself, carrying a family's only remaining embryo. The transfer was successful on the first try. That family remains in their lives to this day.
That experience is at the heart of everything this agency does. Samantha understands the surrogacy journey not just as a founder, but as someone who has lived it — the appointments, the emotions, and the weight of carrying that kind of hope for another family.

We believe that clarity is a form of care. Intended parents receive detailed cost breakdowns before they commit. Surrogates receive a full picture of their compensation before they apply. Nothing is hidden and nothing is vague.
